“Finding Grace at the River’s Edge”
I had read about the Jordan River countless times, but nothing prepares you for the moment your feet actually touch the water. As I stood waiting to be baptized, a overwhelming warmth washed over me, despite the cold river current. When I was submerged, time felt like it stood still. It was as if the river carried away every doubt, regret, and heavy burden I had brought to Israel. Emerging from the water, seeing the sunlight breaking through the trees, I experienced a joy so deep it brought tears to my eyes. That baptism wasn’t just a physical event—it was a spiritual awakening that changed the way I live, love, and lead every single day since. – Ben

Our small group spent so much more time exploring and engaging in local culture. We experienced real adventures that transcended a variety of cultures, people, and ethnic lines that brought us closer to the heart of Israel, its people and the source of Christianity. We spent time with beautiful cultures of Christians, broke bread, and learned about the history and culture of different peoples that live side by side with Israel. The focus is on Jesus. The experience is once in a lifetime.
